We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Consultant to work within our Professional Services Function within Sage Construction.
Within the role you’ll be required to deliver consultancy services to our customers, acting as an ambassador for them as well as Sage. We’re looking for you to maintain effective business relationships with our customers, ensuring that they are receiving high levels of customer service at all times.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to analyse and document our customer’s business processes, perform implementations of dynamics NAV in line with our business methodologies; and provide advice to our customers on system configuration and implementation. We’ll be looking for you to help us pre-empt any potential problems or challenges and identify potential risks in relation to the implementation projects.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong project delivery skills along with knowledge of both commercial and financial systems and experience of working to a structured methodology. You’ll also require excellent communication, time management and relationship building skills, to help maintain our high levels of customer service across the division. Knowledge of Dynamics NAV and its implementation is a pre-requisite, and knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
