Account Management
Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and media plans
Manage the overall execution of campaigns to ensure campaigns perform well and clients are satisfied, including liaising with various iAd teams in London and international offices
Plan and manage the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the Project Managers are liaising with the creative agencies/resources at the client to get iAd units built
Develop and manage project plans for each campaign
Learn and use all campaign management and reporting tools
Provide weekly, monthly and end of campaign reports
Coordinate and participate in client meetings to plan/update/review campaigns
Account Development
Identify client’s key advertising objectives and determine the optimal iAd solution for their objectives
Proactively identify new opportunities for these clients to advertise on the iAd network
Initiate client meetings to educate and update the clients on iAd
Report directly into Head of Sales EMEA and indirectly into the Head of Operations
Education/Experience
Fluent in French and English
Bachelor’ s degree
5-7 years Account Management experience from a Media agency/company
Previous digital media planning experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing start-up environment
Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint or Keynote
Excellent client management skills
Track record of overachievement
