Growth Engineering provides a LCMS platform that allows our clients to quickly and easily create a branded online academy for the delivery and management of online learning to their staff and partners.
3 levels of user access:-
• Gold Login - for System administration
• Silver Login - for Manager and Subject Matter Experts
• Bronze login - for Individual user
Our customers select the following features:
Assessment Centre – Create and deliver knowledge assessments (for individuals to take) and witness based (for managers to assess staff). Can be used to manage induction programs, coaching feedback, annual appraisals and create personal development plans.
Content Management –deliver a blended program of materials ppts / eLearning / flash files / audio files / movie files all stored in the library for download or viewing on-line. Content can be categorised into development streams, and subject categories.
eLearning Creator –create high quality interactive elearning content without the need for design or technical skills. The web-based authoring tool makes it easy to create, manage and control projects from different locations.
Testing and Certification Centre –test and certify knowledge learnt Tests can be marked automatically or marked by line managers if answers are qualitative in nature. Successful completion of a set of tests can lead to certification in line with company standards and requirements.
Reports manager –create bespoke reports and export them out via excel
Survey Centre –survey internal and external customers. Can be used to manage ‘happy sheets’ i.e. training feedback or to survey external customers
Knowledge Share – share knowledge publish and manage newsletters, articles, frequently asked question and answers, and popular or useful links.
Solution Finder - Diagnostic tool enables users go through a series of questions that arrive at product or service recommendation, which can then be sent directly to the customer.
