All the required ITIL management process are delivered for a single license price per concurrent user and includes; Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Level Management, Release & Deployment, Service Asset & Configuration, Request Fulfilment, Knowledge. The inclusive license price also allows unrestricted use of the unique CBAT application development engine, enabling users to fully customise workflow processes and develop additional business applications. Additional management processes for Availability, Service Catalog, Event and Financial will be PinkVerify certified by Dec 2009.
