European snack food manufacturer, Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, has selected SuccessFactors to help the company better execute against its corporate objectives. The company will be deploying SuccessFactors` Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Tracker and Employee Profile to 500 of its senior managers in Germany and Poland, with potential for wider internal deployment later in the coming months and years.

"We were looking for a solution to help us boost productivity and transparency, and enable us to better interact and communicate with our employees," said Katja Weinstock, HR Director Germany for Lorenz Bahlsen. "We evaluated several different suppliers, but were impressed with SuccessFactors from the first moment we saw it. The ability to effectively communicate our goals and execute against them more successfully were of particular interest to our CEO. We very much see SuccessFactors as a management tool for the business. Our Works Council appreciates it as it gives staff an opportunity to capture and showcase their achievements."

Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World will be initially deploying the SuccessFactors suite to about 500 managers in both English and German in Germany and Poland between January and May 2010 with potential for wider deployment in the latter part of the year.
