Kapow Technologies and Clarabridge signed partnership wherein Clarabridge will embed Kapow’s Web Data Services technology into its Content Mining Platform™ for capturing customer feedback from social media and across the Web.

The partnership will equip Clarabridge customers with the real-time Web technology to monitor and analyze brand conversations in any social network. Under the terms of the partnership, Clarabridge will resell Kapow Web Data Server within the Clarabridge VOC solution, and will drive all sales and marketing efforts.

As a result of this partnership, joint customers will benefit from enhanced insight into customer sentiment from the numerous locations customers talk about brands and products online, including Facebook, Twitter, online forums and blogs.
