Bechtel Corporation will deploy 20,000 seats of SuccessFactors Business Execution Software (BizX) across its workforce in nearly 50 countries.
Bechtel is the engineering, construction and project management company with 44,000 employees. SuccessFactors' BizX suite will help the company retain top performers and efficiently recruit talent.
